How our pricing works

You are charged only for successfully delivered messages — failed attempts (invalid numbers, opt-outs, undeliverable due to carrier blocking) are not billed. Volume discounts apply automatically based on your total monthly traffic across all channels, not per channel separately.

For WhatsApp and Telegram, pricing is per conversation (24h session). For SMS and RCS, pricing is per message segment (160 characters for SMS, unlimited for RCS). We also offer dedicated short codes and alphanumeric sender IDs for an additional one-time registration fee (TDRA compliance included).

No long-term contracts

Start with pay-as-you-go, switch to a volume plan when you exceed 50,000 messages per month. Enterprise clients can request dedicated carrier routes and a custom SLA.

WhatsApp Business API – conversation‑based pricing

WhatsApp charges per conversation, which starts when a business sends a template message and lasts 24 hours. There are two conversation types: utility (transactional, OTP, order updates) and marketing (promotions, offers). Utility is cheaper. All prices below are per conversation.
